Yes — every new client gets a complimentary phone consultation before the first session, so we can confirm goals, history, and fit.
In-home (your house, condo, or building gym), outdoors at a park or beach, in a private gym facility I have access to, or virtually via Zoom, FaceTime, or Google Meet. All required equipment is brought to in-home sessions.
In-person 1-on-1 sessions start at $150. Virtual sessions start at $90. Pricing decreases by 5% on the 10-session package and 10% on the 24-session package.
Yes. With a former physical-therapy-assistant background and ACE Senior Fitness specialization, I work routinely with anxiety, arthritis, back/joint pain, ACL/knee post-op, rotator cuff issues, hip replacement, hypertension, hypothyroidism, osteoporosis, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, prediabetes, menopause, and more. Programming is built around the condition — never in spite of it.
Every session includes the 60-minute training block plus comprehensive nutritionist services — tailored macros, supplement strategy, sleep coaching, stress management, and ongoing program adjustments. It's the full package, not training and nutrition sold separately.
